You can cheat aging within days using your fingertips to massage certain energy points on the face and neck!
Here is one facial exercise to lift sagging jowls naturally, also known as hog jowls:
Using the back of your hand, slap rhythmically under your chin, and along the base of the lower jaw. Slap quickly and firmly, but not till it hurts. Stick your chin out whilst slapping. Make sure your hand is stiff and not loose.
You may use the back of both hands if you desire. You will feel the blood flow around the bottom of your face. This is great because it will stimulate the blood flow to your skin cells, and the underlying tissue and muscles. Notice the tingling in your lower face -- it's already benefiting you.
